Refund and Return Policy

General Refund Policy

Customers can get a full refund before the package is shipped or the product is out of stock. Refunds will be made within 5 days from the date of the refund request.

In some cases, no refund or exchange will be made, please see below:

1) The package was not received and returned to our warehouse in time. In this case, you can choose to ship the order separately and pay for the postage yourself. Or, you can request a refund. In this case, a 15% restocking fee may be required.

2) You filled in the wrong pickup address.

3) Change the order. Change the order after payment. If you need to change the order information, the fastest way is to contact our customer service. Email: sales21@lywdc.com. Change the order after shipment. In this case, a 15% restocking fee may be required.

4) Please check the product specifications carefully before placing an order. After the product is shipped, in most cases, we do not support refunds and returns.

5) The order has been shipped and the customer returns the product (unopened and used and the product is in good condition). The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.

12 Month Warranty

Lifetime technical support is provided subject to the following conditions and guidelines:

1) This product must be purchased directly from lywpower.com.

2) Unless the returned item is damaged, defective or incorrect, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping cost of the returned item.

3) Customers must contact LYW Customer Service before returning any item. To help us better understand your issue, please provide as much information as possible. We will respond to you as soon as possible after receiving your message. Please note that lywpower.com is not responsible for any returns without prior notice.

Damaged Package Claim

If the item you received is damaged in transit, please check and keep the order intact and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the package) at sales21@lywdc.com.

Customers with damaged packages can file a claim with us directly. Please keep all original boxes, packaging materials, etc. for verification.

In many cases, we will ask for damaged products to be returned to us for verification. We may also ask to take photos of damaged packaging or parts for inspection. Photos of damaged goods will help us speed up processing and provide a better solution.
